Prosciutto di San Daniele is an Italian salted dry-cured ham, deeply rooted in the Friuli Venezia Giulia territory, where it is produced.
Made from the rear haunches of the pig, this ham is completely natural, containing only Italian pork, sea salt and San Daniele’s fresh air, which confers its indiscernible balance flavor. It is dry-cured for a minimum of 13 months or more for an even more distinguished taste.
