Maurizio Spinello produces bread, pasta and other flour products using exclusively Sicilian wheat and ancient grains.

Gonnelli 1585 is a trademark that represents the relationship between the Gonnelli Family and the world of traditional oil production. In 1585 the family bought the farm of Santa Téa and the related Oil Mill built in 1426. Today the Gonnelly family, also owner of the Frantoio di Vertine in the Chianti Classico, represents one of the Italian excellences in the world of Extra Virgin Oil.
The Cooperative “Rinascita” was founded in 1977 when three small young farmers launched the enterprise project capable of tackling the many difficulties involved in managing the marketing of tomatoes.

In Le Marche, preparing tagliatelle is a ritual. As a child, Luciana Mosconi learned to pull the dough from her mother. As she grew, so did her mastery, and she created delicious, varied, tasty recipes. Towards the end of the 1980s, Luciana opened a homemade pasta shop in Matelica, in the heart of Le Marche. That is where the true story of Luciana Mosconi, Lady Tagliatelle, began.

The organic grains that arrive at our mill carry the aroma and flavor of the land where they are cultivated, be it hilly, mountainous, flat, or by the sea. Even the naturally occurring plants, which grow freely among the grain, leave their trace in the grain, thanks to organic farming practices and the searing Sicilian sun, which produces the high temperatures that create the perfect environment for healthy grain.
